Leading Series B financing in October 1996, STAR Ventures was one of several premier VCs, including Evergreen Venture Partners, Clal Venture Capital, Intel Capital, and Vertex Venture Capital. Identify Software was acquired by BMC Software in May 2006 for $150M.
